So if you pulled up to your new gallery the day before an opening event and found that you've been illegally evicted -- that's right over fifty thousand dollars of artwork was left outside in the 90+ degree sun (for unclear reasons that don't have anything to do with rent payments) -- What would you do?!?

A lot of folks would tuck their tails, and maybe crawl into a ball in the corner ...maybe a bit of sulking would ensue, maybe just simple anger then beers.

But we're proactive artists, so our minds work a bit differently than others. Of course the proper authorities have already been alerted and papers have been filed, but now it's time for a little social and financial justice!

So for starters, please pass this word on via Email, Facebook, Twiiter, StumbleUpon, or any other messaging service you love, and help us get the word out.

Our opening reception, is now our RENEGADE Opening Reception. We figure, we have the work, so why not show it, spin this into a positive community-building situation and begin fundraising for us and the sake of all other artists who've ever been picked on?!? Help us let folks know the new artist doesn't just lay down calmly and take an unfair/unwarranted beating. (Images of the event can be found in our Here and Now section to the left.)
